In addition to our market rate residences at The Standard at EastPoint, a portion of our residences in this community have been reserved for moderate to middle income, critical workforce such as teachers, nurses, first responders, retail and restaurant industry, law enforcement officials and other workers. The essential housing at The Standard at EastPoint enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.
When browsing through our online availability, please use the following guideline to identify homes that best fit your approved income limit: A floor plan ending with an “8” or “6” designation at the end denotes an essential housing floor plan.
Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes. Income Restrictions will adjust based on number of household occupants as shown:

1-person home may earn no more than $39,720 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $45,420 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $51,060 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $56,760 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $61,320 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $65,820 annually
(80%)
1-person home may earn no more than $52,960 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $60,560 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $68,080 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $75,6800 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $81,760 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $87,760 annually
